Eric Espada/Getty Colin Kaepernick has not played in the NFL for two years, but his recent ad campaign with Nike has launched him back into the spotlight. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, told TMZ that the quarterback-turned-activist could sign with an NFL team as soon as next week. Geragos not-so-subtly hinted that the two interested franchises are the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots.
