HAVANA (AP) — Colombian rebels at peace talks with government representatives in Cuba have announced an indefinite, unilateral cease-fire as long as military units don't attack them. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia made the announcement in a communique published on its Twitter account Wednesday. Representatives of the rebel group known as the FARC and the government since 2012 have held a series of talks in Havana aimed at ending the conflict of more the five decades.
