Rocky Mountain Health Care Services plans to consolidate to expand. The nonprofit marked the start of a $6.3 million renovation project inside the old Doctor's Hospital and Eisenhower Hospital on Wednesday, a crucial step in pulling much of its operations under one roof while expanding care to brain injury patients and people ages 55 and older.
