Colorado Springs Health Foundation Oks Almost $1.4 Million In Grants

The Colorado Springs Health Foundation recently approved nearly $1.4 million in grants for 35 organizations in the Pikes Peak region, the foundation's third round of grants over two years that assist the work of public health programs in the area. "It's an amazing honor to be able to support the great work that happens here and throughout the Pikes Peak region," Cari Davis, the foundation's executive director, said of the latest round of grants. Grant seekers submit funding applications to the Health Foundation, which then considers several factors as it examines the requests.
