An 18-year-old man was stunned by a Taser twice while he threatened police officers with a knife during a confrontation in front of an apartment in south Colorado Springs, police said. Fredrick McCallister reportedly wanted "police to shoot him" after a family disturbance in the 1400 block of Meadow Peak View, police said.
