Rachel Harper's frustration level reached the pulling-out-her-hair point last year. "It was hard dealing with their different personalities and behaviors," she said. After taking a "Pillars of Success" course by local counselor, author and parenting expert Sandra Kwesell, Harper said, she and her daughters did an about-face.
