Rachel Harper's frustration level reached the pulling-out-her-hair point last year. The 29-year-old Colorado Springs mother couldn't get her 9-year-old to do her homework or her 5-year-old to wake up for school or her 3-year-old to stop screaming in the car. Plus she had an infant. "It was hard dealing with their different personalities and behaviors," she said. After taking a "Pillars of Success" course by local counselor, author and parenting expert Sandra Kwesell, Harper said, she and her daughters did an about-face.
