If you want to live for a century, take John McLaughlin's advice: It's all about altitude and attitude. McLaughlin, who celebrates hitting the century mark Tuesday, said that positive attitude helped him through three wars, four children and 30 years in the Air Force. The altitude, he said, makes it easier to keep that attitude. "I've been pretty much around the world and the nicest climate I found was in Colorado," he said.
