Franciscan St. Francis Health is slated to open a new hospital in Carmel -- its first in Hamilton County. Carmel Mayor James Brainard, the hospital administration, physicians and staff will have a blessing and dedication ceremony at 1:30 p.m. today. On Saturday, Hamilton County residents can attend a public open house that starts at 11 a.m.
