Published 08:23 p.m., Monday, May 14, 2012 A Houston police officer was arrested after he allegedly kicked in his ex-girlfriend's apartment door and then pointed a gun at her head. Joe Fleming, 39, is charged with burglary with intent to commit a felony after the confrontation in the 14600 block of Philippine, according to Assistant Chief Deputy Mark Herman of the Harris County Constable's Office Precinct 4. Herman said deputy constables were dispatched to the apartment about 5:40 p.m.
