NATO Summit: Chicago police ignore DOJ, but recording cops IS constitutional

At the NATO Summit, 40 agencies are using surveillance cameras to monitor citizens. Yet the Chicago police must not have heard the DOJ said recording the cops is a constitutionally-protected right. Instead the cops are screaming, cussing, seizing journalists' recording devices and charging citizens with terrorism. First Amendment expression is currently under fire in Chicago.
