Federal prosecutors unsealed an indictment Monday charging a Norristown man with inducing a child to pose for sexually explicit images and possession of child porn.Authorities said that from October through November 2009, Gary Romano, 57, used and attempted to use an underage child identified in the indictment as "A.L." to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to produce an image of the conduct, with each image constituting a separate count.
