Police in Lansdale said Monday that they had identified the driver who hit a 3-year-old boy Sunday and then left the scene. Sgt. Alex Kromdyk said a summons would be issued for Suryakant Patel, 70, of Lansdale.Witnesses told investigators that the boy ran across the 800 block of Shaw Avenue as a 2004 Honda Accord headed north on the one-way street.
