Shots were fired in a parking lot at the Williams Village dormitory complex at the University of Colorado Boulder early Sunday morning, according to a campus emergency alert. At approximately 3 a.m., CU police responded to a noise complaint at Weber Hall. As police were breaking up a large party, there were reports of shots fired in a parking lot outside the building, according to the alert.
