An Upper West Side nanny allegedly stabbed two young children to death early Thursday evening, The New York Post reports, before stabbing herself. According to The New York Times, another two adults are also critically injured after the incident inside the La Rochelle building at 57 West 75th Street.The nanny is in critical condition.
