The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Friday to hear challenges to two high profile anti-gay laws, the federal Defense of Marriage Act and California’s voter-passed Proposition 8, which rolled back same same-sex marriage in America’s largest state. The high court will likely hear arguments in March and rule in June.
