Christan Leigh Chappell and James Darrelle Moseley II were married Nov. 17, 2012, at Andrew Jackson State Park by Cathy Balcome. The bride is the daughter of Leigh and Rayford Chappell, both of Lancaster. She is a 2011 graduate of Lancaster High School and is a licensed cosmetologist at The Hairport Salon in Lancaster. The groom is the son of Cathy Tarlton and James Moseley, both of Lancaster.
