East District School Board member Rosalyn L. Taylor said Monday she will not file a legal challenge or mount a write-in campaign for re-election after falling 80 signatures shy last week of the 500 needed to qualify for the May 7 ballot.Taylor’s inability to qualify leaves her East District challenger, Theresa Harris-Tigg, an assistant professor of English at SUNY Buffalo State, as the lone candidate on the ballot for the East District.
