R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. will buy Houston's Consolidated Graphics for about $620 million in cash and stock, the companies said Friday. Consolidated Graphics provides digital and commercial printing, among other services. R.R. Donnelley, based in Chicago, is a worldwide provider of integrated communications services.
