Comment on School board incumbent Alex Howard qualifies to seek another term

Richmond County Board of Education District 3 incumbent Alex Howard is the only candidate to qualify as of 2 p.m. on the third day of local nonpartisan qualifying in Augusta, said Travis Doss, assistant director of Richmond County Board of Elections.
