Three men were shot and wounded — at least one of them seriously — Sunday afternoon in Southeast Washington, authorities said. The incident occurred just before 4:45 p.m. near 14th and Cedar streets SE, said Officer Paul Metcalf, a D.C. police spokesman. He said all of the victims were conscious and breathing as they were taken to the hospital.
