The 17-year-old teen, Samuel Paul Acreman, of Montgomery died at the scene of the accident on Lakeview Drive, not far from his home in the Cape Conroe subdivision, said Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Erik Burse. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and district attorney's office will look into the deputy's handling of the incident, officials said.
