Dave Gally believes in keeping things simple at his cozy grill."Essentially, there are four things that I do, and I do them well," he said, of his culinary specialties.Gally opened his restaurant in September 2013, distinguished as "Dave's Grill" using flags, a yellow banner and a hand-painted sign. He's surprised that so many customers have found it as it is off the beaten path.
