North Richland Hills-based homebuilder Sandlin Homes is preparing to kick off a 58-acre infill tract within its hometown, bringingnearly 200 homes to the city. The tract has been dormant for more than 27 years and is one of the last parcels of land available in North Richland Hills, said Scott Sandlin, owner of Sandlin Homes. "We are excited about this piece of property because it is in our hometown," said Sandlin, in a written statement.
