An Arizona man died Monday night in a one-vehicle rollover in Carson County, Texas Department of Public Safety troopers said. About 8:51 p.m., Henry Lee Frank, 74 of Mesa, Ariz., was driving a 2010 Mercury passenger vehicle westbound on the inside lane of Interstate 40 about 2 miles west of Groom, authorities said. Frank drove into the center median, then overcorrected when he steered the vehicle back onto I-40.
