With all but provisional votes left to count 112 votes separate Carroll and third place finisher Wyndall Ivey in the race for the civil circuit court judgeship. The provisional ballots, which will be counted next Tuesday are unlikely to give Ivey the boost needed to climb into the July 15 runoff, county officials said.
