Cedar Rapids police are looking for a second vehicle allegedly involved in a shooting that preceded a high-speed chase Wednesday evening.Police received a report of shots fired at 5565 C St. SW at 6:39 p.m. Witnesses told police that two vehicles were involved in the incident, though how they were involved is not immediately clear.
