LAGRANGE, Ga. -- An 88-year-old Troup County woman has told police there that she was struck in the head with a cast iron skillet while she was lying in bed. The Columbia Ledger-Enquirer says she the reported assault took place Sunday at approximately 4:40 a.m. The suspect is a male juvenile. The woman told police that she and the boy got into an argument and he struck her.
