Seattle police and fire personnel are responding to a Columbia City scene were a car reportedly drove into a hair salon. Meanwhile, both directions of Rainier Avenue South are closed in the are of South Ferdinand Street, according to Seattle Department of Transportation reports. People were trapped inside the car after the crash, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
