The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 42-year-old registered sexual offender after recent appearances at a Southside yoga class and on the University of North Florida campus. An arrest warrant was issued Monday for Joseph Cecil Jordan, described as 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds, according to the Sheriff’s Office. read more
