WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court agreed on Monday to consider reviving a critical approval for a railroad project that would carry crude oil and boost fossil fuel production in rural eastern Utah. The justices will review an appeals court ruling that overturned the approval issued by the Surface Transportation Board for the Uinta Basin Railway, an 88-mile (142-kilometer) railroad line.

Republicans and the right-wing media bubble are freaking out that Biden is at Camp David preparing for the debate this week while Lumpy is holding rallies. They know he won't win the debate. So, they're giving him excuses to claim the felon is being mistreated. Fox Business Network hosted MAGA Republican Rep. Tim Burchett, who attacked the new WH Comms Director. Tyler Cherry, a gay man, is, according to Burchett, a "radical transgender white male." The gays are not allowed in government unless they support the MAGA cult. Cheryl Casone: But one thing that the Biden administration has just done, and it's created some controversy, is hiring Tyler Cherry for a communications role inside the White House. So this is a former Interior Department communications director, who's now under fire for past tweets.

Donald Trump tried to appear somewhat moderate by vowing to give green cards to foreign students who graduated college, but his campaign had to scrap that plan quickly when his racist base objected. Politico: “You graduate from a college, I think you should get automatically as part of your diploma a green card to be able to stay in this country, and that includes junior colleges too,” Trump said in an episode on the All-In podcast, which is hosted by several venture capitalists.
