By Brandy McDonnell, Features WriterIn 1961, Allan and Sandra Jaffe turned a former art gallery into Preservation Hall — a fitting name since the newlyweds were determined to preserve the traditional New Orleans-style jazz they fell in love with during their honeymoon in the Big Easy.
