A 35-year-old Sanford man was arrested Monday on gun and drug charges after a confrontation between roommates led to a police search of his apartment, authorities said. Jesse Roy was arrested by Sanford Police during a traffic stop about 8 p.m. after his roommates complained to police on Friday that Roy had threatened them with a gun. When officers searched Roy’s apartment, they found what appeared to be about 94 grams of heroin, a handgun and $24,000 in cash.
