A campaign to raise money for Ventura’s newest park officially starts Friday at the corner of Kellogg Street and Ventura Avenue.No one knows what the name of the park will be yet — organizers are asking $1 million for the honor — but what is clear is that yes, there will be a bathroom.The City Council on Monday night approved the launch of the fundraiser Monday only after adding the restroom requirement.
