A soldier was killed and one shooter is reported dead in an attack that began at the National War Memorial and Parliament in Ottawa, Canada today.Two soldiers were standing guard at the war memorial in Ottawa, and a gunman shot one of them, a witness told CNN. The soldier who was shot has died, according to a tweet sent from Secretary of State for Multiculturalism and Canadian Identity Jason Kenney, and reports from CBC News in Canada.
