A Sterling Heights woman was killed as a result of two-car accident in Lenox Township, police said.Mariam Dawood, 45, died in the crash, which occurred shortly after 4:30 p.m. Thursday near Gratiot and 29 Mile Road. The driver of a second vehicle involved in the accident was treated for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
