The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible case of road rage Friday afternoon that left one woman shot while heading south on Interstate 95 near the Palm Coast exit. A bullet hit the 24-year-old woman in the upper arm about 3:15 p.m. Friday. The shot came from a black Mercedes-Benz sport-utility vehicle headed south on the interstate with a man and woman, the Sheriff’s Office said.
