One person has died in a crash just north of the Utah-Arizona border. While details were not immediately available, the crash occurred about 4 p.m. Saturday on State Route 7, near River Road, outside St. George, said Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jalaine Hawkes. The route, also known as Southern Parkway, is closed at River Road while troopers clear the scene.
