Comment on West Jordan police report fatal auto-pedestrian crash

West Jordan police were investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian crash. The man was struck by an eastbound car near 2400 W. 7800 South, about 7 p.m. Thursday, said West Jordan police officer Ian Adams. The man was taken to the hospital, but later died, Adams said. Police want to notify his family before identifying him.
