Closing arguments began Thursday in the case of an Oxnard man accused of fatally shooting his friend and throwing his body down a rocky embankment off Pacific Coast Highway in 2009.Prosecutors said Maximo Tamayo-Flores used a .45-caliber semi-automatic weapon to shoot 66-year-old Ramon Quintero as he sat in the passenger seat of a pickup.
