A Washington County Circuit Court jury was unable to reach a verdict Oct. 31 in the aggravated murder retrial of Petronilo Lopez-Minjarez, 35, of Banks. Lopez-Minjarez is accused of killing 18-year-old Darvin Lopez Jovel near Banks in November 2004.
