Town hall meetings scheduled for proposed pipeline

SIOUX CENTER, Iowa (AP) — Landowners who would be impacted by a proposed $3.8 billion oil pipeline through Iowa will be able to get more information at upcoming public meetings. Dallas-based Energy Transfer Partners, which wants to build the 1,100-mile underground pipeline across four states, will start holding public meetings Monday in northwest Iowa.
