The 43-year-old Colonie resident was in line at about 3:30 a.m., the first of hundreds of volunteer drivers who fanned out in the Capital Region to take meals to the needy."This is my seventh year doing this," said Henges, who works as an anesthesia technician at Albany Medical Center, after he picked up his delivery assignments at about 8:30 a.m.
