Oakland County has a new deputy county executive, replacing the deputy who is leaving to helm Automation Alley.Malcolm D. Brown, a labor lawyer from Bloomfield Township and a shareholder at the Butzel Long law firm, starts the job on Monday, Dec. 29. He has represented Oakland County for 25 years.
