A deputy’s maneuver that stopped a fleeing stolen vehicle on Interstate 5 Tuesday morning closed northbound lanes of the freeway for several minutes. No one was injured and deputies arrested the two women inside the stolen car. A deputy spotted a stolen Hyundai Sonata in SeaTac about 10 a.m. near the intersection of South 170th Street and International Boulevard, Deputy Jason Houck said.
