A new floor for a monumental Shaker barn, a mobile media lab for kids and creation of an "American masquerade" celebrating arts in the Catskills are among the regional projects in line for money from statewide economic development grants totaling $709.2 million, announced by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.All told, the Capital Region received $60 million grants for 93 projects, including several targeting the arts and culture.
