By Rusty Marks Construction on the new bridge into Coonskin Park is finished until after the first of the year, but is on track for an opening next October, Kanawha County parks officials learned Thursday.County Parks Director Jeff Hutchinson said contractors finished placing steel beams for the bridge across the Elk River this week, completely spanning the river.
