The downtown winter playground returns for its 11th year, this winter at Campus Martius Park in Detroit - Meridian Winter Blast, presented by Quicken Loans, Feb. 6-Feb. 8.Celebrate Detroit's rebirth with cool winter style, hot chocolate, ice skating, heated tents, music and more.Festival guests can chill out with the science-themed Winter Blast Off presented by the GM Foundation, the Flagstar Bank Ice Garden, free snowshoeing sponsored by Meridian Health Plan, dogsled demonstrations, skating exhibitions from local figure skating clubs, an outdoor winter carnival, and live musical entertainment on two stages.
