Taran Killam does a literally pitch-perfect impression of Sam Smith, who's hosting the special "A Very Somber Christmas with Sam Smith" ... until it's interrupted by Dr. Evil (Myers), who mocks the group claiming responsibility for the recent hacks into Sony Pictures Entertainment. Kristen Wiig crashes Amy Adams' opening monologue, bringing with her a group of "Christmas hunks" (and a Christmas tree hat) to spread a little a lot of holiday cheer. Probably the best sketch of the night features Cecily Strong as NPR podcast host Sarah Koenig, who's conducting a special investigation into "Kris," a mysterious figure who claims to deliver packages to millions of households around the world in a single night.
