Prosecutor says videos disqualify Williams as witness

By Kate White It would be almost impossible for a Charleston police officer suspended after allegedly making racially insensitive videos to be called as a witness in a criminal case - especially one involving a black defendant, according to Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney Charles Miller.Lt. Shawn Williams was placed on administrative leave in September pending an internal investigation after a laptop was found containing the videos.
